Construction at Salmon Creek

Though there are a lot of complaints about the new building, I think that even if it’s requiring a lot of difficult changes to the school at the moment, the building offers an awesome opportunity for all of the classes of Salmon Creek/Harmony School. First, we’re going to have a larger and better cafeteria than we already have. The small garden located in the front of the structure will keep the kitchen supplied with veggies and salad greens during the warmer seasons. Second, the small library that’s also going to be in the building can supply some more great novels or magazines that can give students ideas about how to live “green”. Third, all of the disruptions that have occurred due to the construction will, over time, be fixed, or put back to normal (we’ll have new fields, etc.) In the end, we’ll be much better off than before.

Go Obama

Who do you want to win the democratic primary? Who do you want to win the overall election to become president? I will tell you who should win and who you should vote for. barack obama is the way to go. He definitely has the better chance against mccain. Many people say vote for senator clinton because she is a woman but why not say vote for Barack Obama because he is african american? Many people think that clinton has more experience because her husband was president, but that does not mean she is the best choice. just think about George W. Bush and think what he did. Nobody wants the Clintons back in power because they made horrible decisions, they also represent an old way of looking at the world and Obama will give everything a fresh look. Obama is the person to vote for.
